Success!

Thinking about buying a home? Let me give you a tip that most people skip:
Try the neighborhood before you buy.
Seriously—before you fall in love with a kitchen island or get excited about the backyard, I always tell my buyers (especially if you're relocating or moving across town): check out the vibe of the neighborhood around 5 PM.
That’s when you really see what it's like. Who’s coming home? Are people walking dogs? Kids riding bikes? Does it feel like your kind of place?
And just as important—what’s nearby? Are you close to your go-tos like:
🛒 Costco, Trader Joe’s, or Whole Foods?
🍣 A great sushi spot or pizza place?
🍿 A gym, park, or even the movies?
Most of us live in a little “bubble” where we only go a couple miles from home, so make sure that bubble includes your favorites.
You actually have the time to do this in today’s market—so take advantage of it. Drive the neighborhood, walk around, grab a coffee nearby. It's what I call the "try before you buy" strategy.
Want help narrowing down areas that might fit your vibe? That’s where I come in.
Let’s find your bubble.
